9.00 am- As promised, everybody looked fwd to hving bfast at McD. What's so great about it. Nothing much. It just that ...it's been ages since the last time we hd bfast there. The last time i went was the week when the girls had their replacement school day on saturday - for chinese new year. I went there with farish. That time we hardly saw any malays around probly bcoz of the palestinian campaign. So effective i thought.. But it didnt bother me that much.

Tday, the environment was the same. Other than my family, we only saw a malay couple enjoying their cup of coffee- actually in the pretext of hving coffee but matter of fact they were there to 'tumpang' the internet access probly provided free of chrge by McD to attract more pple. Yes..we are famous for grabbing free things.. Of course me included. But.. Looks like it doesnt work here.

Talking about pple.. Malaysians hv colourful attitudes..ranging from Civilized to uncivilized...considerate to inconsiderate...

Saw one guy fully engrossed in whatever he was doing on his laptop.. Probably surfing or also blogging like me..x matter what he was doing but the fact that he was occupying one whole 'gazebo' to himself irritated me. The place was for at least 6 to 8 pple. Other tables and benches were still wet as it was still early. This guy could hv occupied the single or double table under the roof n be considerate to others. So that it could leave some rooms for pple like us.

I know there were no rules written anywhere on the wall or written anywhere in the akta kerajaan or pekeliling to empty the table if u see pple r looking for places to sit. (although in some eating places that was emphasized-although not verbatim, but at least the messg is written to the same effect). .

But this is what we call attitudes or sensitivity or maturity or anythg of tht sort. These r not taught in schools, x in any syllabus but we gotta be more observant n be more sensitive to our surroundings...

Again...these r the values that separate the men from the boys...

So much for that.
