My family n I hv been going up n down to KL to visit my elder sister who is suffering from heart problem whereby the valve needed replacement with artificial one. We were advised by the specialist that the operation was the best alternative we had as not going thru the operation was even more risky.
My sister had finally gone thru the operation which took 8 hours. It was a major operation n the docs did two treatments in one opern whereby the hole in the heart was found while replacement of the valve was carried out. Imagine the 8 hours of agony while waiting outside the opern theatre.
Finally, the opern was successful and she is progressing well although is still warded at CCU 3, second floor at Ampang Puteri specialist hospital.
Today, I'm back in the office with loads of work on my desks..that is not a problem. I feel so relief after knowing that my sister is progressing well n recovering.
