'wild thoughts....huh?
It's been quite awhile since the last time i entered a posting to my blog..the thought that more of my close friends have access to my blog 'excite' me a bit..at least i get to share some of my 'thoughts'' that i missed to let out over our cup of tea..Ha..ha.. sometimes it was due to time constraint but most of the time it was because somebody just pulled a chair and joined us..so, some 'thoughts' or 'wild thoughts' just ended there.

Hi Liza, what a predicament you are put in; he is like a pain in the xxx; I am pretty lucky in our organization, we do not even condone 'politicking' let alone allow the presence of a stumbling block; once I was told: Anna, this is just office politics go along with it but I stood my ground and told my superior off! Of course, he was taken aback and never ever raised this issue again. It is easier said than done, don't let this stumbling block spoils your day!
Tq anna..I actually feel a lot better tday..at least 'shared' it with pple...
For the same reasons, even i'm not there, up in the top management team, i also feel the heat. Being in a company which being 'controlled' by few dominance figure, putting me in a deep frustation as well. Sometimes, it actually killed my motivations and aspirations to keep the good work i'm contributing. Entah lah, what to do? I don't have the answer...
