My staff had a surprised birthday lunch for me. Today is the only day that all nine of them are around. Some of them were on leave early of the week. It was a great get-together..outside work and outside the office.. Thank you Girls for the lunch..and the cake.
I have a great team of staff who are very committed to work and have good attitude..I feel lucky to have them all in my team. I guess..we need to 'give and take' with pple at work..need to respect them regardless of their positions and age..then only we earn their respects..as simple as that..
Well..anyway..to my team pple..keep up your good work..and thank you for all your effort all these years. I wont make things happen without your support and hardwork.

somehow there's one person i know, always bragging 'bout her success..blaa blaa..but yet she never show respect(apatah lg complements),, esp to her dedicated staff...funny, she did not realize it...almost 4 clerks in a year...n yet she blame it on them! obviously their contribution(her staff)did bring her to the top..bila la dia nk sedar...(off the record ya...);p

Haha..i kena ngadap Dato' K kita tu bulan Mac for adoption of accounts..just imagine a few days bfore the exam..Hope it brings luck instead of something else.
